As the Head of Operations for an organization with more than 5000 employees, it was a daunting time when our CEO decided to make some organizational and structural changes that would affect many senior leadership teams and in turn, their direct reports. Divya and the coaches at Coach Life Play Life listened, supported and helped guide us through an entire transformation which included one to one coaching, group coaching, team building, training and frequently facilitated listening sessions that enabled us to successfully re-org, with minimal impact to positions, jobs and employee retention. After my first interaction with the CEO and Founder, Divya, I remember sending her an email saying 'you breathe life into people.' From one CEO to another, I found Divya to be humble, understanding, kind, extremely knowledgeable but more shockingly, she possessed an ability to adapt to any individual which is something that I personally was struggling with as a CEO. My leadership training and mentoring was from a school of 'being domineering, strict, strong, emotionless and aggressive.' Divya was the EXACT opposite, and so our relationship started with me hiring her as my coach, before then, bringing her and the team in to coach our organization.
