With over 15 years of experience in the fields of people development , health and wellness, and education, Jennifer is commit ted to coaching and supporting professionals along their path towards physical, mental, social, and emotional wellbeing and growth so that they can thrive at work and life.

Brief History

Jennifer has worked with various different organizations where she has sharpened and enhanced her coaching skills. She has worked with Health corps as the Director of Staff Development . She has also worked with various coaching collaborations where she provided various skills and strategies to overcome obstacles and barriers in the work place.
Within group coaching, Jennifer facilitates and guides participants through discussions around health, relationships, career , self-belief, loss, etc. She creates an environment of emotional safety, t rust , and cohesion within the group.

Jennifer uses her education, talents and skills, work experience, passion for leadership and coaching to help people discover their path towards physical, mental, social, and emotional well-being and growth. She helps people overcome their challenges and create the life they want .


Jennifer has qualifications from Columbia University, Mailman School of Public Health with a Masters in Public Health, Socio medical Sciences, Health Promotion Track.
She also has a Bachelor of Arts, Sociology and Gender and Sexuality; Magnacum Laude from New York University
